Typically, when a new debit card is sent through the mail, it can take roughly 7-10 business days to be received, depending on your post office. If you need to request a debit card, you're welcome to visit any TD location to have an instant-issue card printed right there on the spot. To find a location near you please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Alternatively, you are able to contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000.
If you're unable to visit a TD Store, we can expedite a card to the address we have on file for you. To request the expedited card, we ask that you give us a call 24/7 at the number listed above or send us a secure message through your Online Banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, please give us a call at the number listed above and we can help get you started.
Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the "Customer Service" tab on the right and then the "Send a Message" link. In your request, please include the following information: your full name and account number and please state that you'd like to have the card expedited. Once we receive this information, we can expedite a new debit card to your address.
