Nice of you to stop by TD Helps tonight, Willie! There are many ways that you can check your account balance and we'll be happy to share those ways with you.
One of the easiest ways to check your account balance is through your personal online banking. If you are enrolled in online banking, you may send us a secure message as well. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once you're enrolled, you can also download our mobile app to your smartphone. Click here: http://bit.ly/1GMIfaj to download the app and also for more information on mobile banking.
You could always give one of our 24/7 Banking Specialists a call at the telephone number listed above to hear your balance as well. You'll also have the option of using our automated system. With either method you choose, you'll be able to find out your balance, your recent transactions and much more.
If you happen to be near a TD Bank, feel free to stop in and one of our Banking Specialists will be glad to provide your balance for you; after account verification. Or, you could visit a TD ATM to find out your balance as well. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We sure hope this information helps and enjoy the rest of your night, Willie! Take care.
