Thanks for reaching out to us, Sheila and sorry to hear of any confusion! We'll certainly be able to guide you through this.
In order to send us a Secure Message, it's necessary to have an Online Banking account with us and to be logged in. If you already have an online account please log in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please submit your inquiry and a friendly Representative will respond.
If you don't have an online banking account yet, signing up is quick and easy. If you have your account number, ATM/Debit Card number and Social Security number available, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you do not have some of the required information at this time, please just give us a call! One of our Banking Specialists can be reached 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and we can enroll you over the phone upon proper account verification. Once enrolled, you'll be able to send us a secure message anytime it's convenient for you. You can also visit us at your local TD Bank store during normal lobby hours for assistance.
