Thanks for joining us on TD Helps today, Margaret! Here at TD Bank, we're happy to offer all our Customer's the ability to transfer funds to or from an account they may have with another financial institution, and we'll gladly provide you with the instructions on how you may do so! To take advantage of TD Bank's External Transfer feature, you'll first want to log into your Personal Online Banking, and you're welcome to do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled in online banking, don’t' worry! You can get started by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To fully enroll, you will need your account number, debit card number, a valid email address, and your Social Security Number. Once you've successfully logged in, click on the 'Transfers' tab, which you can find towards the top, left hand side of your screen. You'll next want to click on the 'With Accounts Outside TD' Tab, which is located towards the center of your screen. If you haven't yet added your external account, you'll first want to do so, and to get started, click the green 'Add a New Account' hyperlink. You'll be asked to select your account type, as well as enter in your external account information, such as the account and routing number. Once you have entered your external account information, the account will automatically be saved within this feature. Next, you'll want to get started on initiating your transfer. Enter in the 'Amount', followed by the 'To' and 'From' account. As you mentioned that you'd like for this to be reoccurring, simply click 'Make Recurring', where you'll then be asked to select the frequency and duration. Once this has been completed, simply click 'Continue', and after confirming you're information, you'll be set to complete your transfer! It's important to note that, when initiating an external transfer, a fee may be assessed, and we invite you to check out our Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg for more information. If you need assistance with your transfer, or if you have any additional questions or concerns, we're here to help! Feel free to connect with one of our Banking Specialist, 24/7, at 1-888-751-9000.
