The account is a savings account for my son (who is a minor). For the name on the account holder and social security number, do I put my information (I am on the account with him) or his?

First, it sounds like you're referring to a Young Saver account with TD Bank. Please be advised that for a Young Saver account, only the Custodian on the account has access to the funds. If you happen to be the Minor listed on the account, you may not be able to view or obtain any information regarding the account at this time. If you are the minor, we'd recommend that you ask the account Custodian for additional information regarding the account titling. If you are the custodian, you'll be able to view the account both online and via mobile.
On the other hand, we'd like to let you know that if each owner is simply listed as a joint owner on the account, either or both of you may view the account via Online Banking as well as Mobile Banking.

With that being said, if you are the account custodian or a joint owner, you may begin using mobile banking once you are enrolled in online banking.
Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy. If you have an ATM/Debit card, your account number and a Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you do not have some of the required information, you are welcome to contact a Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000 who can enroll you over the phone, or visit your local TD Bank store. Please find a list of our stores convenient for you at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once your account is enrolled in online banking, you can also use your mobile phone to access your account information and make deposits. To download the Mobile App for your Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link. If your account has been open for 90 days or more and you would like to begin using the Mobile Deposit feature, please see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL. Please also note that CDs, IRAs, and Passbook accounts are not eligible for mobile deposit. It's possible that your Young Saver account is set up as a passbook account and we encourage you to review this with a Specialist either at the number listed above, or at any of our Stores to determine if you'll be able to use the mobile deposit feature.
