As previously mentioned, direct deposits are typically receive no later than 6:00 am on the date of your deposit.
If you were expecting a deposit that has not been received, we ask that you contact a Banking Specialist directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Banking Specialist can contact our ACH Department for more information on your direct deposit. Please keep in mind, our ACH Department is open Monday – Friday between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
You are also able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
