Hey Patricia, thanks for joining us at TD Helps!
Enrolling for online statements is safer, environmentally-friendly, and it helps you save, and we would be happy to help walk you through this enrollment.
In order to enroll for paperless statements, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. If you have an ATM/Debit Card and U.S. Social Security number, you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
Once you’ve successfully logged in, please follow the steps below to enroll for paperless statements:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page)
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements.” Once you have opened and reviewed the two documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes."
Just in case you are having difficulties setting this up or you don't have a U.S. Social Security number at this time, you can call our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, 24/7. After account verification, we would be happy to walk you through this. You could also stop by your local TD Store for assistance. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Patricia. Have a great one and let us know if you have any other questions.
