If you have an ATM card, you are able to make withdrawals from your savings account at any ATM including TD Bank ATMs, or those bearing the NYCE logo. TD ATMs are free of charge to make a withdrawal however the use of a non-TD ATM may apply a fee. For any fees that may apply please visit http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Keep in mind that there are some types of savings accounts that do not offer electronic access, including ATM withdrawals, such as Club Saver, Holiday Club and Passbook accounts.
If you have one of the account types listed above and would like to make a withdrawal, you are welcome to visit a TD Store to debit funds. You may do so in the lobby or drive through and our Tellers will be happy to assist you. To take a look at a location near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you do not have an ATM card, you are able to request one in a few ways. You may visit a TD Store during lobby hours; call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by sending us a secure message via Online Banking. If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking, don't worry! You can call the number mentioned above to enroll or visit a TD Store during lobby hours for help. If you have an ATM card, you may enroll online by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the process. If you have any trouble feel free to call the 24/7 number listed above or visit a TD Store during lobby hours.
With Online Banking, you have the ability to transfer between your accounts! You can do so by accessing the "Transfers" tab once you're logged in. Keep in mind that Federal Regulations limit the number of electronic transactions you may complete within thirty days.
