i want to tranfer funds on a monthly basis from by business account to an external bank account. is there a form for this?

Thanks for coming to us on TD Helps, Mike! We'll be happy to go over your options regarding recurring transfers from your business account.
We'd like to take this opportunity to tell you about BusinessDirect Online Banking. With BusinessDirect, you are able to send and receive funds through our ACH service. To use this feature, you must first be enrolled in the ACH service. To do so, please select the ACH tab and then select "Enroll Today." BusinessDirect will then require you to answer 3 questions in regard to ACH payments. Once completed and after you select "next," a message will appear; letting you know that you will receive a confirmation telephone call within the next two business days. Please note that if you do not receive a call or if you miss the call from our Representatives, you will have to go into a TD Store near you to complete the enrollment request. Another method to schedule transfers from your BusinessDirect account is initiating wire transfers. Wire transfers can be accessed through the "Wires" tab. The enrollment for wire services is very similar to that of the ACH enrollment. By selecting "click here," via the Wires tab you will have to answer 3 questions similar to that of the ACH enrollment. You will also receive a similar confirmation telephone call.
Please note, at this time, when initiating an ACH or Wire Transfer, you are unable to set up a recurring transfer with these services.
You have the option of setting up a recurring Bill Pay payment which can be sent to the Financial Institution you are looking to transfer funds to. If you would like to set up an automatic payment, to do so, please log onto your TD Online Banking by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you log in, please select the "Bill Pay" tab and follow these simple steps:
-Click on the “Manage Your Bills” tab.
-Select the appropriate biller from the “Biller Name” list.
-Select the option “Add an automatic payment” from the “What would you like to do?” list.
-Fill out all of the required information and then click on the “Set Up Payment” Button.
