Welcome to TD Helps, Nirmalendu. We'd be happy to review the ways you can transfer funds to a Canadian account.
If the Canadian account is a TD Canada Trust account held in your name, you may contact our 24/7 Cross Border Banking Specialists at 877-700-2913. After account verification, our Specialists will be happy to help you initiate a transfer.
If you are not sending funds to a TD Canada Trust account that is yours or if the account is held by a different institution, you would need to visit a TD Store during lobby hours to schedule a transfer. Please keep in mind that the transfer will be considered an international wire. To send an international wire, you will need to gather the following information: the full name, address including City, State/Province, Country and account number of the person/business you are sending money to (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number). Also, you'll need the full name and address, including City, State/Province and Country of the financial institution receiving the funds, as well as their valid SWIFT/BIC code, plus, of course, the amount and currency of the transfer.
For more details on sending international wires please visit http://bit.ly/1oowsYN. When you are ready to send your international wire transfer, you can visit any TD Bank Store nearby you. To check the hours of the TD location you're planning on visiting, please visit here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Keep in mind that there may be fees applied for the sending of an international wire. For our fee schedule, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We hope this helps, Nirmalendu and if you have any other questions please let us know.
