Thanks for choosing to visit us on TD Helps today, Constance. We'd be happy to discuss transfer options with you.
There are several ways that you are able to transfer money, depending on the amount you wish to send and whether the receiving account is in your name or not. If the receiving account is in your name, then you would be able to use our External Transfer option to send funds online from your TD Bank deposit account. Please be aware however, fees may apply for this service and there are limits to the amount you are able to send. For more details, we invite you to take a look here for our current Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt and here: http://bit.ly/1o7dO68 for details about our available online transfers.
If the account you wish to send money to is not in your name, then you would still be able to send money online via our POP Money Payment service – this service is available for TD Bank Customers with a deposit account who wish to transfer money to someone else that banks with TD, or any other financial institution. Feel free to find out more about this option here: http://bit.ly/1h4ZIkL. Please understand that fees and limits may also apply for this service.
For further details including the Terms & Conditions of both our External Transfer services and POP Money Payments services, please review: http://bit.ly/1pADlWD. Please note, these services are available to anyone holding a deposit account with TD Bank, and who has a valid U.S. address, phone number, and email on file with us. Also, please keep in mind that online transfers may only be made to other financial institutions within the U.S.
If these options are not available to you, then you can always step inside a TD Bank Store to initiate a wire transfer at your earliest convenience. Please find the location nearest you here: http://bit.ly/1f9DSJR. Fees may apply for both domestic and international wire transfers, and we invite you to review the Fee Schedule above for further details.
As always, we encourage you to reach out to the other institution in case they have any other available options for you to transfer funds.
Feel free to let us know if you have any other questions Constance, and have a nice day.
