I need to transfer money to a friend via e- checks, on a regular basis. Does the bank provide that service?

If you wish to use our Bill Pay service to send your check, you'll be happy to know that our Online Bill Pay is a great way to schedule bills and keep track of your monthly expenses. And as a TD Bank Customer, you will have free Online access which includes Online Banking, Bill Pay, and Mobile Banking!
Before using this feature, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, you can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need to have your account number, TD VISA/ATM Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment process. Once you are logged in, you will need to enroll for Bill Pay. To enroll, please select the "Bill Pay' tab, you will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay user agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin scheduling your bills!

As you're looking to transfer funds from your Personal TD Bank account to a friend's account, whether it be with TD Bank or at another Financial Institution within the US, Person–to–Person transfers would also be an option.
This feature is also available to you by logging into your Online Banking. You may click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to send the payment!
When using this feature, you can send money with the E-mail address, mobile number, or bank account information (routing number and account number). Depending on who you are sending money to, you have the option of choosing 1 day delivery or 3 day delivery. To qualify for the next day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful 3-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days.
