If you're trying to verify/ change the address that we have on file for you, we offer a few ways to do so.
You are able to call us directly to verify and change your current address by dialing 888-751-9000. Our Representatives are available 24/7 to assist you!
You may also log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to update your address. After logging in, please visit the "Customer Service" tab and click on the "Change Address, Phone, Email Address" link to send your new contact information.
If you would like to double check what address we have for you via Online Banking, you are able to do so by taking a look at your most recent statement. To do so, please select the "Accounts" tab. Next select your account. This will then direct you to a detailed page that has four tabs towards the top. Select "Statements & Notices." You can then select to view the most recent statement from the list in which your current address will be displayed.
You are also able to visit a TD Store during lobby hours to confirm and update your current address. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you need to update information in regards to a biller or payee via Online Banking, you are able to do so while logged in as well! To do so, select the "Bill Pay" tab at the top of the screen. Next, select "Manage Your Bills." You will then be asked to select a biller from the drop down list. After you select the biller you'd like to change, click "Update biller information." You will then have the option to change the address of the biller. Once complete, select "Save Changes."
