If you are unsure of how to send a secure message, we would be happy to provide you the steps! Once you're logged into your Online Banking please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Send a Secure Message." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose a subject. To make a request for check images, you would need to change the subject to "Request a Transaction Copy." You will then be directed to select and fill out details about the check images and withdrawals that you're requesting including the date, amount and check number (if applicable). Please note that there may be fees associated with this request, we invite you to view our Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
