Good morning, Raymond, and welcome to TD Helps!
We're sorry that you're having trouble viewing your Credit Card Statement, and we'll be more than happy to help!
The first and most convenient way to review your statements is right from Online Banking. If you haven't yet enrolled, and would like to, please feel free to visit here: http://bit.ly/28LTtn1. You'll need your 16 digit Credit Card account number, your name, date of birth, zip code, home phone number, your Card Security Code, and the Security Word you chose at the time of your application to complete the enrollment process.
If you're unable to enroll, you're welcome to call and speak with a TD Card Services Specialist, 24/7, at 888-561-8861, who can help get you up and running!
If you prefer speaking with a Customer Service Representative in person, please feel free to stop by your local TD Bank store during normal lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We sincerely hope this helps, Raymond. Have a great Thursday!
