Thanks for joining us today, Mary.
As you mentioned that you would no longer like to receive statements for your account, we'd like to take a moment to explain that, at this time, TD Bank is required to send statements to all of its Customers. However, please know that you'll have the ability to choose how you'd like to receive your statements, and we'll be happy to walk you through the process on how you may do so.
We offer both paper and paperless statements, and to choose your preferences, you'll want to first access your online banking, which you can do by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled in Online Banking, that's okay, as you can start the process by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To fully enroll, you will need your account number, debit card number, a valid email address, and a your Social Security Number.
Once you've logged in, you'll want to click on the 'Account Options' tab towards the top of your screen, then 'Statements and Notices.' From here, towards the bottom of the page, you should see a section that reads 'Eligible Accounts.' Once here, click 'Update Settings.' This screen will allow you to check the services you'd like with each of your accounts, including online paperless statements.
If you have any trouble, please know that were here to help! Our Tech Support Team is here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 800-493-7562.
We hope this helps, Mary, and thanks again for joining us.
Enjoy the rest of your day, and have a great weekend.
