We're sorry for any confusion or error with your transfer.
We think we can explain this for you. When entering the amount you'd like to transfer, you'll want to avoid using any characters other than numbers. This includes any commas you may want to insert for the amount. If you add one of these, we apologize that the system won't recognize your entry as an amount. Please note that these won't be needed, even for amounts greater than $1,000.00.
