I received poor advise from an finance company in the UK. I require detail from my bank account (it may still be open but I haven't used it for a few years now) and am in dispute with them. I wanted a full record of all payments and payees but all have have is the account number. I set the account up when I purchased a property in Orlando.
How can I obtain this?

Good day, Adrian! We appreciate you stopping by TD Helps with your question today.
TD Bank retains up to seven years of history for accounts in our records. As you have not used the account in some time and it may or may not be open, to inquire on retrieving statements you'll have to visit a TD Store to determine if these records may be available and to request copies. We understand that you're writing in from the U.K. and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Take a look at http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a listing of our Stores. If you prefer, feel free to reach your Home Store by phone using the contact information provided at that link.
Please note, activity would be required for an account in order to maintain an "Active" status. If no Customer-initiated activity (deposits, withdrawals, or debit card transactions) occurs on an account, it will be considered "Inactive" after a specified period of time. In the past, our Savings Accounts, Checking or Money Market Accounts were changed to an "Inactive" status after 1 year of no Customer initiated activity, and these accounts will are considered "Dormant" after 3 or 5 years of no activity depending on your region or State.
Please keep in mind that once an account becomes "Dormant" it can be turned over to the State after a number of years, depending on the location of your account. If you believe that your funds have been turned over to the State, you may reach us from outside the United States at 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 for further assistance. During your call, we'll provide you with some additional information that may help you retrieve these funds.
Thanks again for visiting, Adrian! Best of luck to you and have a great one.
