Good to see you Elyse,
We appreciate your message this evening and apologize for any confusion about a maintenance fee on your account.
For some of our accounts, there is a minimum daily balance required in order to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. If your account falls below the required minimum balance, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of the statement cycle. Please keep in mind that the minimum must be met on each day in order for the account to qualify for the fee waiver.
You may like to review our current accounts to locate your account type, and review its requirements. For our Checking accounts, you can look here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF, or our Savings products are listed here: http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT. This may give you a better idea about the details of your account type.
If you're unable to locate your account or if you'd like to speak with us, don't worry. Please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Specialists would be happy to review your account with you.
If you'd prefer, you also have the option of sending a Secure Message through Online Banking. Thanks again for writing in and we wish you a great upcoming weekend.
