Nice to have you visit us on TD Helps today, Freddy.
We want you to know that duplicate holds like this are not uncommon if you used your credit or debit card. It is most often due to an error transmitted when your card is processed. Therefore, the card may have been processed a second time and two authorizations get transmitted to us. Please be sure to monitor your account to ensure that the duplicate pending authorization will not post to your account.
If both transactions post to your account, to better assist you we recommend contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 so we may review this further with you. You may also visit any TD Bank for further assistance. For a listing of TD Bank Stores, please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you are more than welcome to send us a Secure Message by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq for additional assistance. Once you are logged into your online banking account, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If the transactions in question were made by using your TD Visa Credit Card, please contact TD Card Services 24/7at 888-561-8861 to speak with a TD Credit Card Customer Service Representative.
Let us know if you have any other questions and have a great day!
