Walmart, Secaucus, NJ. On Saturday Nov 13,while paying with my debit card, the POS equipment stuck, and I had to go to another register where all items were scanned from the beginning. Evidently, the cashiers did not scan exactly the same, as my first charge, the one that got stuck, is $191.15; and the second charge is $182.29.
Is this something TD Bank can help me with, or do I need to contact Walmart directly?

We're sorry to hear this happened, J, and we'd be glad to discuss.
When it comes to duplicate transactions, you're able to connect with the merchant or the bank. We recommend that you connect with the merchant prior to connecting with TD as the merchant is often times able to issue a credit to your account.
In the cases that fees were assessed to the merchant is unable to assist, you're able to connect with us over the phone or at any TD Store to submit a dispute for the duplicate charge. We are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
You can check out TD Stores near you and their lobby hours here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this clears things up, J. Have a great day!
