made the transfer said they will pay me back my NSF return fee, but they said they will need a receipt from the bank stating the charge of NSF return fee. May I ask where I can get that receipt? Thanks!

Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Phoebe. We understand your concern and would be glad to help.
Although TD Bank does not offer receipts, we would like to take this opportunity to provide you with options on how to retrieve information on your account.
You may view your account along with the transaction in question via your TD Online Banking at www.tdbank.com. If you are currently enrolled for Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD Account online. You may also view the account activity as well. After you log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you may click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and then click on the name of the account you want to view. Then, to see your recent transactions select from the following drop down options: “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History” and select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen. You also have the option to view your previous statements online by clicking on "Statements & Notices" tab. Once you are able to locate this information, you may wish to print out the information then provide this to the Merchant.
If you're not currently enrolled in TD Bank Online Banking and would like to take advantage of this free service, you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
You may also request this information by sending us a secure message. To send a message, after you log in, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Just click there and follow the prompts!
Additionally, we'd also like to inform you that when you receive an NSF on your account, TD Bank will send you a notification via mail of the transaction. You should expect to receive the notification within 7-10 business days.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you need anything else.
