I was given a personal check drawn on a TD account. I can just come in and cash it as long as the funds are available in the persons account?

Thanks for submitting your question to TD Helps, Daniel.
You're welcome to visit any TD location to cash a check that is drawn off of a TD account. If you're a TD Customer, you would also be able to deposit the check into your account. If you do not have a TD account, there would be a fee of $7.00 for the check cashing service. Please note fees are subject to change.
We hope this helps Daniel and enjoy your day.
