Thanks for your reply. But I am outside of the country and I am not going back. That's why I close my bank account. If you can give me an e-mail address from Miami TD bank manager, I could ask her by myself. Because she close my account and I lost her business card. Or you want to check for me, I can give you more information. I closed at 1103 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL 33131 on 10/11/2014

We understand, currently, you are unable to connect with us, however; when you can, you may reach us from outside the United States at 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 for further assistance with questions regarding your TD Account.
If you are having any issues contacting us by phone you may also log into your Online Banking and send us a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
