You mentioned that you need to add a security question to your Online Banking account at this time but could not do so on your phone - this sounds like you may be using our Mobile App. If so, we kindly ask that you log in to our full website, which can be accessed here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq or by visiting www.tdbank.com on any browser. You can also complete this on your mobile device as long as you visit our full site. Once you log in, it will prompt you to add the security question and provide options to do so.
