checking statement will not allow for me to log in

If you are experiencing difficulties logging online, we ask that you contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562. After account verification, our Banking Specialists would be happy to look further into your account and assist further. You may also visit us at any local TD Store. If you are having difficulties with viewing your Online Statements, you may not have an updated version of Adobe Acrobat. In order to view your statements online, we require Adobe Acrobat 7.0 or higher. There is a link provided in the statement section to upgrade your software. You may need to restart your computer once the upgrade is complete. For more information on Online Statements, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/Q4tNr2.
