Does the ATM automatically take the card back after so long or is it more likely someone else walked off with it?
In either event I need to cancel that card. Can you help me?

Thanks for coming to TD Helps, Brian. We're sorry for your current situation and we'll be sure to provide the information that you need.
Please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 as soon as you can. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they can close your debit card, reissue you a new one if you'd like and file a dispute if any unauthorized transactions occurred on your account. You may also stop by a TD Bank during lobby hours as well. Our Banking Specialists are able to provide the same services as described above and can also provide a new debit card to you within minutes. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Please keep in mind if you decide to have a new debit card mailed to your home address, it can take 7-10 business days and the same time frame applies if you file a dispute. If a dispute if filed, the decision will be mailed to your home address within the time frame described above and you may also inquire about the status of the dispute by calling our 24/7 Customer Service line.
We hope this helps and feel free to come by again if you have any additional questions, Brian. Take care and have a good night.
