Typically, if you have been added to an account or opened a new account with us, this should show up for your online viewing automatically within 1-2 business days. Kindly note that if you've been added to an existing account as a new signer, this process can take up to 10 business days for completion and your account would become available online after that. If this hasn't happened yet and these time frames have passed, we can give you a few options to check on this.
First, feel free to call our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562, and we'll be happy to add the account online for you. You can also use our Secure Messaging system via your online account to communicate with us via email. To do so, please log in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please submit your request including the account number you would like to see and we'll be glad to help.
Alternately, you can stop in to any TD Bank Store during our lobby hours for help with this. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
