It appears that your debit card may not be linked to your Savings account and this might be why the transaction was denied. We recommend speaking with our 24/7 Customer Service team at 888-751-9000 at your earliest convenience. Our Banking Specialists would be more than happy to take a look at your account after your account has been verified.
