i have a account with you for about a year now and my account is closed because someone stole my information out of my purse and thats where my job send my money what do i have to do, i just started back working i work for the school board

We're very sorry to hear you were scammed, Sharon. We'd be happy to help with your deposit.
If your account was closed due to fraud, and a new account was opened with us, we may be able to forward your deposit to your new account. Please give us a call as soon as possible at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at one of our Stores. We can request that this deposit be re-routed. You will need to update your employer for future payments, though.
If the account was closed and you do not have another active account with us, your direct deposit will be returned to your employer the following business day. Please know that it may take 3-5 business days for your employer to receive the returned deposit. Once received, they should be able to issue you a paper check or have it direct deposited to a new account that you will need to provide them. We do not have the ability to re-open already closed accounts.
