I was totally removed from debit card advance and now can I re-enroll?

Generally speaking, the TD Debit Card Advance feature is not removed without a Customer request. If you have been un-enrolled, we should be able to help you add this service again.
If you have attempted to use this service and the debit card has been declined, it is possible that you have reached your discretionary limit. There are several factors that go into the decision to pay the overdraft or not, including the age of the account, the balance of the account and the past number of overdraft occurrences.
