Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Kristin.
To best assist you with your concerns, we recommend contacting us directly. You may do so by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and speak with our Customer Service Representatives, by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours or sending us a secure message. When you contact us if the transaction has posted to your account, our Representatives will be able to file the necessary paperwork to dispute the transaction amount. It may also help to contact the business itself. They may be able to resolve your concerns on their end.
If you choose to visit a TD Store near you, you may look up lobby hours and locations by visiting this link: http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you choose to send us a secure message, you will first need to be enrolled in Online Banking. You can enroll for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You'll need your account number, Social Security number and your ATM/debit card number. If you run into any problems while enrolling please contact us at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist, available 24/7. To send a secure message, select the "Customer Service" tab and beneath "Message Center" choose "Send a Message." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose a subject.
We hope this helps, Kristin and have a good one.
