Thanks for reaching out today, Laurie. We'd be glad to discuss opening a joint account.
At this time joint account are unable to be opened over the phone or online. We apologize for any inconvenience.
To open a joint account, you and the other intended account holder would need to visit a TD Store. You are able to review TD Stores and their hours here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Prior to your visit, we recommend taking a look at the accounts we have to offer. You are able to take a look at checking accounts here: https://go.td.com/2eQORxu and savings accounts here: https://go.td.com/2dIcnAw.
If you're having trouble choosing an account, you are able to use our Checking Selector Tool here: https://go.td.com/KmmHe7 and our Savings Selector here: https://go.td.com/1hXi2wF for a custom recommendation.
Upon your visit, both parties will need a Social Security Number and a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
We hope to see you at a TD Store soon, Laurie. Have a wonderful day!
