Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Linda.
Rest assured, both the enrollment page and log in page are on a secure part of tdbank.com so your information is safe! Feel free to take a look here: http://bit.ly/19nPcn5 for more information on our Online Security Commitment.
What looks like may have happened, when the page didn't accept your password, it reset the information which is why it disappeared. No worries though, if you still need to enroll, you're welcome to try again. When creating a password here are some tips:
- Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
- Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
- Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street)
- Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
If you'd prefer, we're more than happy to set your Online Banking up for you. Please call our Digital Banking Specialists, available 24/7 at 800-493-7562. You're also welcome to visit a TD Bank location, during lobby hours for further assistance. For a listing of Stores and hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Linda. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
