I have a Target Red Card, but I was told that they are no longer offering Target Visas. Considering you are the issuer of the Red Card, I was wondering if you would be able to help.

As you're referring to a Target RED Card, we recommend contacting Target Credit Services directly by calling 800-659-2396, as they service all RED cards and will be able to assist you with the questions which you may have. You may also visit a Target Store for further assistance.

I guess my question would be: could you all transfer my credit with Target to a regular credit card with you all?

Though you are unable to transfer your Target RED Card credit and balance to a TD Credit Card, you are still more than welcome to apply for a TD Card.
You are able to take a look at our Credit Card options by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1Kodhbv. Once you're ready to apply, you are able to do so by selecting "Apply Now" beneath the Credit Card of your choosing, calling us 24/7 by dialing 888-561-8861 and speaking to our Credit Card Specialists or visiting any TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We've also noticed that you're writing to us from Little Rock. Please know that in order to apply for a TD Credit Card, you will need to be able to confirm an address within our footprint from Maine to Florida.
