I went to a bank nearest to my house and they said that I have to call but right now I'm 23 min and nothing, do i ask for a new card online

We would be happy to order a new card for via secure email.
To send a secure message you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. To start the process please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." You can also find the "Message Center" by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab at the top of the page.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
