Based on your recent experience, we'd advise you to contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 at your earliest convenience. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they can check your specific dispute to see if it has been processed. Please note that once the dispute is filed, it can take up to 10 business days for a decision to be made. You'll receive a letter in the mail stating the outcome of the dispute. Keep mind that if the dispute if found in your favor, the funds would be deposited directly into your account. You may also visit any TD Bank Store during lobby hours too.
