We would like to apologize if you haven't received your new card yet. Usually, once approved for a card with us, you can expect to receive it by mail within 7-10 business days after your application was submitted.
If you haven't received it and this time frame has passed, we suggest contacting a TD Credit Card Specialist who can review the status of this for you. Please reach TD Card Services at 888-561-8861 to speak with a Specialist, 24/7. If you prefer, you're always welcome to visit your local TD Bank Store for assistance as well.
