Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Michael. We'd be glad to help you check your balance.
If you are currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account balance online, make bill payments, transfers and more! After you log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you can click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page, and then click on the name of the account you'd like to view. You'll be able to see the balance there.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to be, you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, ATM/Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
Once you're signed up for Online Banking, you can utilize Mobile Banking if you have a smart phone. For more details, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1GMIfaj.
By dialing 888-751-9000, you have the option of using our automated system by following the prompts. You will need your account number or Debit Card number to use the automated prompts. If this is your first time using the automated line, you will be asked to confirm the last four digits of your Social Security Number. After you do so, you will be asked to create a unique phone code. If you have any trouble navigating the prompts, press "0" at any time to be connected to a live Specialist.
As always you are able to visit us at any TD Store for your balance. Feel free to use the ATM or ask one of our Tellers! To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We hope this helps, Michael and have a good day.
