After you've decided on the account that best fits you, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours to open your account. Be sure to bring a valid photo I.D. with you (State Driver's License or State Issued ID with Photo and Signature, US Passport with Signature, or US Armed Forces (Military) ID with Photo) as well as your Social Security Number. In regards to your trip to Germany, you are able to use your new Debit Card anywhere Visa is accepted worldwide. During your visit to open your account, be sure to let your Representative know you have travel plans and they'll be sure to place a Travel Notification on your account.
