Whenever traveling, we recommend notifying us of your travel plans in advance so that we can notate your account and confirm that your telephone number on file is correct. This will help to prevent any issues using your cards while you're away.
You have several options for having this travel note added to your accounts. The fastest ways would be to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
You can also send us a secure message through your online or mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. Be sure to include your travel dates, destinations, and any TD Bank debit or credit cards you will be taking with you. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
