Hi Marcel, thanks for taking the time to connect with us on TD Helps. We understand how challenging moving can be and we are happy to ease the process by providing you with ways to update your address.
For personal deposit accounts, you can request to change your address by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
You may also submit an address change through TD Online Banking by visiting http://bit.ly/QT6no3. After you're logged in to your account, please use our Send a Message feature which will send a secure email to change your address. You may also request to change your address in person at any Store during lobby hours. Our locations can be found by visiting http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Another option would be to mail in a request. Please mail the request to:
TD Bank, NA, 6000 Atrium Way, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054, Mail Stop # NJ5-002-215
Please make sure to include your signature.
If you're looking to change your address for your business deposit accounts you may also stop by a TD location, send us a secure message via Online Banking or send us a request through the mail, as described above.
For business deposit accounts with multiple signers, address changes must be completed at your local TD Bank Store.
Additionally, if you have a TD Credit Card, to change your address please call 888-561-8861, log in to http://bit.ly/1lVKil9 or stop by any TD Bank Store. After logging on you will need to click on Services, Manage Credit Card, then Update Address and Phone Number. Your address change will take effect immediately on your credit card.
The change of address for a personal loan please call 800-937-5020, visit a TD Bank Store or use our Send a Message feature through Online Banking which will send a secure email to change your address.
Unsecured Lines of Credit and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) can be changed in person at a TD Bank Store or by mail after completing a change of address request form. Change of Address request forms can be received by calling 800-937-5020.
Please note your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
We wish you the best of luck with your move, Marcel and take care!
