We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that you're able to use your Canadian credit to apply for a mortgage with TD Bank within the TD Bank Footprint (Maine to Florida). For more information about your particular situation and to use your Canadian credit score to apply for a mortgage, we invite you to reach out to our Financial Solutions Group 24/7 at 800-822-6761.
You can take advantage of our Cross Border Banking services where you have the ability to transfer funds between your TD Bank U.S. and TD Canada Trust accounts, free of charge. I do take full advantage of the CROSS-Border Sevices TD has- Another reason I Love this bank. My next home will not be on the east coast. That was part of the question- any chance in getting mortgages to cover a home in Texas.

Thanks for writing back in, Dawn and we apologize for any inconvenience.
At this time, we are unable to lend in the State of Texas as it is outside of our footprint. Please understand that this is due to federal regulations that prevent financial institutions to do so.
If you have further questions please let us know or feel free to contact our Financial Solutions Group 24/7 at 800-937-5020.
Have a wonderful day, Dawn.
