Thanks for stopping by TD Helps on this lovely morning, Barbara.
Here at TD Bank, you may order foreign currency – including Euros – at any of our convenient Store locations during lobby hours. For locations and lobby hours of TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. As the exchange rates are subject to change daily, you may call ahead to the location you choose for information regarding the exchange rates. Another option you have to obtain the current exchange rates is by our TD International Services at 888-BNG-INTL (888-264-4685) or you can send them an email by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1pvwJIu. Please note that there may be fees associated with foreign currency conversions and for more information please review our current Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We are also happy to inform you that you can use your TD Visa debit card at any locations that accept VISA across the globe! At this time, TD Bank is not charging foreign transactions fees when making purchases with your TD debit card outside of the U.S. While you are away, you can also make ATM withdrawals from any machine that displays the VISA or NYCE logo. Please note; each time a Non-TD Bank ATM is utilized, including international ATMs, a non-TD ATM fee may apply depending on your account type. For more information on non-TD ATM fees, please refer to the same fee schedule provided above. You also may be assessed an additional fee (surcharge) at the time of your withdrawal. This fee is set by the machine owner and not associated with TD Bank. We'd like to share with you that we do have some deposit account products either will waive non-TD ATM fees or receive unlimited ATM surcharge refunds. For more information, please refer to the fee schedule provided above.
