When you purchase a TD Bank Gift Card, typically, it will state whether you can use the card for domestic or international transactions. If your gift card does specify "Domestic Transaction Only," that would mean you may only use the card to make purchases at merchants within the United States who display the Visa or NYCE® logo and have agreed to accept the card.
However, if your gift card confirms that it can be used internationally, or does not specify what types of transactions it can be used for, then you would be able to use your card anywhere. Again, your gift card can be used anywhere that accepts the Visa or NYCE® logos. Please note if you use the card to purchase goods or services in a currency other than U.S. Dollars, Visa will convert the charge into a U.S. dollar amount.
