Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, John. We'd be glad to help point you in the right direction.
Here at TD Bank, you may order foreign currency – including Euros – at any of our convenient Store locations during lobby hours. For locations and lobby hours of TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. As the exchange rates are subject to change daily, we recommend calling ahead to the location you choose for information regarding the exchange rates.
Another option you have to obtain the current exchange rates is by contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Please note that there may be fees associated with foreign currency conversions and for more information please review our current Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
As you've mentioned that you will be travelling, we recommend placing a Travel Notification on your account before you leave.
You are able to call us 24/7 by using the number mentioned above or by visiting a TD Store. If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you are also able to send us a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you are not currently enrolled, feel free to do so at any time here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card, Social Security Number and email address. If you have any trouble, feel free to call the number listed above or visit a TD Store.
