I contacted TD bank yesterday to inquire about purchasing Euros for an upcoming trip. I am not a TD bank customer, however, I was told by the CSR that I could do this up to $1500. Can I stop by and write a check from my current bank, USAA Federal Savings Bank, for in the amount of $1500 to purchase the Euros and will I get them at that time?
