Thanks for stopping by with your question, Richard! We're happy to provide the steps to delete Billers from your Bill Pay list.
If you are using our Retail online banking, after you sign in by using your user name and password, please follow the steps below to delete your payee:
1. Click on the “Bill Pay” tab located on the top of your screen.
2. Click on “Manage Your Bills” tab.
3. Select the biller from the “Biller Name” list.
4. Choose the option “Delete this biller” from the “What would you like to do?” options list.
5. You will be asked to confirm your selection, click “OK” to delete the biller.
If you are using our Retail Online Banking, please follow the steps below to delete your payee:
If you are using our BusinessDirect online banking, after you sign in by using your user ID and password, please follow the steps below to delete your payee:
1. Click on Bill pay
2. Click on Manage Payees
3. Click on the Payee name
4. Click on Delete payee
If the operation is successful, you will receive a message stating that the Biller has been deleted. Please be aware, if you are attempting to remove a Biller that has a recurring payment, you will first need to cancel the payments within Bill Pay.
To remove an automatic payment, please follow the first three steps above. Once the Biller information is displayed, please choose Delete Automatic Payment from the list, and click Ok.

the option to delete a company from bill pay list is not mentioned as per your instructions. How should I proceed?
