Thank you for visiting TD Helps today, Robert. We will be glad to assist you with your statement request.
There are multiple options available so that you may view your recent statements for your deposit account(s) – we will be glad to go over all these options with you.
If you have a personal account and are currently enrolled for online banking, after logging in your account from here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the Accounts link at the top of the screen
2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
3. Click on the “Statements” tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you have not yet enrolled for online banking and have a TD Bank VISA Debit Card, please follow this link to first enroll for our online service: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. If you do not have a TD Bank debit card or are experiencing any difficulties with the online enrollment, you may contact one of our Banking specialists who are available 24/7. When calling our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, we do require account verification, for security purposes.
If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, after logging in your account from here http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, please follow the same steps above to obtain your statements. If you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect as a new user and you have your debit card, please follow the link above for enrollment and choose 'Business' from the drop down box for your account type. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User Name and password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You may also obtain a copy of your statements while you are at your local TD Bank location. Also, depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to our current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (please see "copies" for more details).
