I would like more information on my account, specifically my balance, and how I can make a payment

We appreciate you joining us on TD Helps today, Paul. We can help find all of the options to access your accounts and make payments!
If you are currently enrolled for Online Banking, you will be able to see your account information and balance online.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for all your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
Once you're enrolled in Online Banking, you may then us this to make bill payments. When you're ready, simply click onto the "Bill Pay" tab and accept the agreement. You will then be able to make bill payments! If you need any assistance, you can always speak with one of our Digital Banking Specialists at the number mentioned above.
The easiest and quickest way to get more information about your current loan balance or obtain a payoff is to contact one our dedicated Financial Solutions Group Specialists 24/7 at 1-800-937-5020.

As always, you may visit your local TD Bank Store to make a payment. You can find a listing of TD Bank Stores here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note; consumer loans (including automobile, RV, boat, collateral and personal unsecured loans) that are in default or behind in payments may not be paid using our online or Bank by Phone automated payment services. If you are not sure if your loan can be paid using these services, please speak with one of our FSG Specialists at the number mentioned previously.
If you are inquiring about an Auto Loan through TD Auto Finance, you may contact a TD Auto Finance Representative. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 7:00PM at 1-800-556-8172 to help you log-in the online site and access your loan.
